Ways To Pay

City of Lubbock Utilities offers our customers several convenient ways to pay your bill:

  24-Hour Walk-Up Pay Station

  Pay on the go! Use the outdoor automated kiosk at 1401 Avenue K to pay by cash, check, debit or credit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  Online

  Log into your City of Lubbock Utilities account from any device to see your account details and pay using your bank account, debit or credit card.

  Online (No Registration)

  You can make a one-time EZ-PAY online payment by scanning the QR code on your bill or visiting the EZ-PAY website. Now accepting Apple and Google Pay!

  Automatic Payments

  To set up a recurring monthly payment for your City of Lubbock Utilities account, log in to your account and click Auto Pay or call 806-775-2509.

  By Phone

  Call 806-775-3409 with your bank information or debit or credit card and follow the prompts.

  Indoor Pay Stations

  Pay using one of our automated self-service kiosks in the lobby at 1401 Avenue K.
  Lobby hours are M-F, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

  Western Union

  Visit one of the many authorized payment centers around Lubbock to pay by cash, debit card or money order.

Please Note

• Payments will be processed within two business days.
• Drop box payments received after 4 p.m. will be processed next business day.
• If your services have been disconnected for non-payment, please call 806-775-2509. Services will be restored during regular business hours up to 9 p.m. upon receipt of payment.
• Currently, credit or debit cards and e-check payments made over the phone or online are limited to $2,500 in a 7-day period and ACH (payments made by Check using Checking or Savings account) is $1,000,000.
