Under Section 182 of the Texas Utilities Code, customer information is considered confidential.
LP&L hereby notifies its customers that they have the right to request the disclosure of their address, telephone number, social security number and any information relating to the volume or units of utility usage and the amounts billed to or collected from them for utility usage, as contained in our records.
