Account Setup and Meter Set Requests
Builders and developers have 2 options for setting up an account with City of Lubbock Utilities.
- Before submitting your electric request, make sure your meter base has passed inspection (green tag).
- Before submitting your water request, make sure the tap/water meter box is completed.
- After submitting your request, please allow 1-2 business days for meter sets.
